1. Walk in, email, or call us to set up a tour

2. After the tour, we go over your loved one's needs to see if they are a good fit for our home

3. Once set on moving in your loved one, we will come up with a care plan and move in date, fill up the paperwork and go over necessary details.

4. Your loved one is ready to move in!

The Process

Price

We charge an ALL INCLUSIVE RATE up to $5,000 per month. Price may differ depending on specific room in the home. The price is for the rent and the care, there are NO HIDDEN FEES! Upon Signup, we are completely transparent about potential fees. We will go over contingency plans in case of emergency, and a specific care plan for your loved one.

Resident Criteria

We accept Private Pay, Insurance, VA, and all the above. We do not accept residents with the following; Resident must not solely rely on SSI, have Psychiatric issues, Does not require more than a two person lift, resident cannot have prior behavioral issues in another facility, resident must be financially able to support living in the facility for at minimum of two years and show proof of that capability, resident cannot have dementia, and if we determine the resident requires a skilled level of care we will refer them to a nursing home or home with the capability to care for your loved one. For proof of financial capability, the potential resident will either have to have enough money for the two years in an account or to show a source of money provided to them monthly ex: from insurance, a personal guarantee from a family member, or other monthly income. Each potential resident will have to furnish proof, each situation may call for different forms of documentation needed. We will accept residents who have proof of capability to meet monthly payments even if the resident doesn’t have all the money available ahead of time. We can go over all this on the phone or in person after a tour.
